At Soja Fragrances, we want your shopping experience to be as smooth and worry-free as possible. To give you extra peace of mind, we offer optional shipping protection for just $2.50.
Here’s what’s covered:
- Lost Packages: If your order is lost in transit, we’ll replace it or issue a refund.
- Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, we’ll send a replacement at no additional cost.
What’s not covered:
- Stolen Packages: Once your package has been marked as delivered to the address provided, we are unable to cover incidents of theft. We recommend ensuring a secure delivery location or using a PO box if needed.
To make a claim, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel (or the expected delivery date for lost items) with photos of any damaged products or packaging, and we’ll take care of the rest!
